I usually ship orders out in 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items will ship out in 1-2 weeks. Please refer to individual items' descriptions for more details.

Where is my order?
All orders are sent with tracking. Check your email for shipping confirmation. This will include a tracking number. You can track your order here. What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?
If your order arrives broken, please email me at hello@rosyreveriesjewelry.com right away so I can help. Please be prepared with:
- pictures of damaged product
- pictures of packaging
I cannot provide a replacement or repair if your jewelry has been altered in any way.
